NBC Casts Hannibal The Cannibal



will be TV's Hannibal. На фаца ми изгледа прилично погоден, плус има knack за глумење негативци. Најверојатно ќе го познаете како Le Chiffre од Casino Royale, беше и во Clash of the Titans, а го глумеше и Rochefort во новиот The Three Musketeers, плус потврдено е дека ќе биде еден од негативците во Thor 2, покрај Локи. Сега читам дека добил и награда за најдобар глумец во Кан годинава за некоја данска драма. Додај го на ова и Hugh Dancy, кој е страшно талентиран актер, и ова Ханибал серијава може да испадне навистина фантастична...

Серијата ќе се прати обавезно.. но за кога е планирана, за наесен? На имдб нема инфо..

Ликот на Ханибал е (скоро) небитен. Или да парафразирам поинаку: и Адам Вест, и Мајкл Китон (мојот омилен), и Џорџ Клуни, и (ееееј) Вал Килмер и продефилирале, ама само еден е БЕТМЕН. Значи битна е Идејата, а не ликот кој ја интерпретира.

Конкретно, мене Brian Cox ми е „појак“ Ханибал отколку сер Ентони Хопкинс, од , ама сето тоа е само прашање на вкус...

Хидлстон е ѕвер, и би бил одличен, апсолутно, ама нема што тој да се ака со ТВ серии, факен филмска ѕвезда е

Кралевски, не треси жутозелени, кога станува збор за Ханибал Лектор, токму актерот е оној кој ја прави улогата. Се сложувам дека чичо Кокс беше фантастичен во Менхантер, но левелот на крипинес на Хопкинс е она што стана трејдмарк на ликот. Ти се сеќаваш дека имаше филм приквел, за почетоците на Ханибал? Ни ја, затоа што беше тотална утка, примарно глумецот, па се’ останато. Од друга страна, Хопкинс како јаде мозок и сцената со маската нема да ги заборавиш дур си жив. Дури и Кокс, кој беше навистина добар, го паметат само шака хардкор филмаџии ко нас овде. Ханибал е Хопкинс, Хопкинс е Ханибал. Тоа го знае и Фулер, и јавно кажа дека успехот на целата серија ќе зависи од тоа колку актерот што ќе го одберат ќе биде достоен на ликот и делото на верзијата на Хопкинс, затоа и толку време им беше потребно за да направат кастинг...

Или, да ти парафразирам од аспект на идеја - тоа важи кога немаш таков моќен перформанс кој не само што ти дава апсолутна визуелна асоцијација за ликот, туку и ти ја заменува идејата за језив сериски убиец со ментална слика на Хопкинс до тој степен што со него ги споредуваш сериските убијци од други филмови. Да не спомињам што ние човеците сме главно визуелни суштества - ако преминеш од ментална на физичка визуелна претстава, скоро невозможно е да се вратиш назад. Примерот со Бетмен: сакаш да ми кажеш дека Килмер и Клуни не беа споредувани со тогаш дефинирачката претстава на Китон? Или дека следниот Бетмен нема да биде споредуван со сегашната дефиниција - Кристијан Бејл? Абе ајде. Најкратко речено: сакал-нејќел, Ентони Хопкинс во “Кога јагнињата ќе стивнат“ е дефиниција за Ханибал Лектор и тоа ниво е она кое гледачите ќе го очекуваат. Се’ што е под тоа ќе биде неприфатливо.

ПС. Уште не ми се верува дека го спореди со Бетмен бе

Showtime Picks Up Two New Drama Pilots For 2013

Showtime is always looking to expand its lineup of original series, and yesterday they officially picked up two new dramas. Both series have received Showtime's usual 12 episode order.

First off is "Ray Donovan". This series stars the very talented Liev Schreiber (making his regular TV debut) as the titular character, a Los Angeles-based "fixer" to the rich, famous, and powerful. Unfortunately, the one thing he can't fix are all the problems caused by his "Southie" family back in Boston. "Southland" producer Ann Biderman created the show, and heavyweights such as Jon Voight and Elliot Gould will play supporting roles.

The second pick-up features Frost/Nixon and Underworld star Michael Sheen (also making his TV debut as a regular), and carries the provocative title "Masters Of Sex". The series is based on a non-fiction book of the same name, and is not in fact a sequel to previous Showtime series Masters Of Horror, although that would indeed be hilarious. Sheen plays gynecologist and researcher William Masters, alongside former Party Down star Lizzy Caplan as his one-time wife and research assistant Virginia Johnson. The Masters-Johnson team did pioneering work in the field of human sexual response, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of various sexual disorders and dysfunctions.

Damon Lindelof heads to HBO for 'The Leftovers'



In his first major television move since the series finale of "Lost," Damon Lindelof has inked a deal with HBO and Warner Bros. to develop Tom Perrotta's haunting novel "The Leftovers." Lindelof will co-write along with Perrotta, and will serve as showrunner if the project is picked up to series.

"The Leftovers," which was released in May 2011, follows the aftermath of the Sudden Departure -- a rapture-like event in which people from all over the world simply vanished into thin air. The novel focuses on one small-town family, including the mayor, his wife, who has joined a cult, their rebellious PTSD-stricken daughter, and their seemingly misguided son, Tom. It's a gripping, emotionally resonant novel that sticks with the reader long after the final page has been turned.

"The pilot will introduce characters and storylines not in the book. It has to," Lindelof tells Vulture. "The book is so rich in characters and details ... and opens so many creative doors, but it probably only has enough content for two or three episodes."

After the Sudden Departure, people are unable to deny the existence of some kind of higher power. Many of the currently practiced religions have also been disproven, given that the "rapture" seemed to be random -- taking everyone from the most devout religious leader to the criminal sinners. "You can't be an atheist anymore," he says. "It takes us back in time to a place in human history where everyone's lives were dictated by the gods of Olympus or the gods of the heavens. [The book] tries to explain the purpose of it all, and that lined up with the meta level of 'Lost.'"

Manson will be playing himself (naturally), and will have what is described as an "unforgettable run-in" with Hank at Atticus Fetch's house. Atticus Fetch is a "mad-as-a-hatter" rock star, played by Australian comedian/musician Tim Minchin, who will be writing the music for the Broadway adaptation of the in-universe film A Crazy Little Thing Called Love, which was itself adapted (quite poorly) from Hank's magnum opus novel God Hates Us All. He will be featured throughout the whole sixth season.

Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost, V) To Join J.J. Abrams' Revolution - Elizabeth will portray Rachel Matheson, the long-absent mother to young central characters Charlie and Danny Matheson. That also makes her the ex of Billy Burke's lead character Miles. The family are survivors of a catastrophic event that permanently disabled all technology on planet Earth. Computers, cell phones, car batteries, electric lighting, all dead. The Mathesons find themselves in possession of an important item that may hold the key to reversing the effects of the event. To find out the item's secrets though, the family must make a cross-country journey that is fraught with peril.

A&E Picks Up TV Series Based On Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho" - The new series will be called Bates Motel, and seeks to both retell and update the origins of Norman Bates, one of cinema's most famous serial killers. Set in the present day, the plot will focus on Norman's formative years at the titular tourist trap, as well as his "complicated" relationship with his mentally ill mother Norma. Executive producers will be Lost's Carlton Cuse and Friday Night Lights' Kerry Ehrin. The ten episode first season will premiere in 2013.
